Post by: Sant de Mon on 15-02-2012, 19:35:09: Al parecer le han ofrecido a Mateo formar parte del Comité de Protesta durante el Mundial. ¿Que os parece abrir este post para aclarar las dudas que tengamos respecto a las preferencias y las reglas en general?

I agree with the need of being very explicit and clear with the interpretation of rules. The protocol formulary of a protest is a need to make it fast and easy to everyone. Need to be clear payment when protesting and in which cases refund if situation requieres. How to do a 360º, Sometimes is more possible than practical and reverse. I think is a good idea to do it before next Mark/Buoy, and if it happens close to a Mark then round the Mark, otherwise Tack-Gybe, Gybe-Tack should be ok. All this works very good on big surface spaces like at "the Playa" on Ivanpah. But how to act on a little and technical course like in Blokart Heaven, NZ?

A great briefing for all pilots will be very important and helpful.
My opinion is to be able to share protest info with all pilots to learn more about it. Hang then as soon as possible on the infoboard daily.

I am with Lieven on the opinion of having a race manager on each track, able to move around hearing and helping pilots and all other committees (scrutineering, protest etc...)
I think is important to know who is whom and duties in charge, as need to have one member of protest comitee on every race with a helper paying attention to the race.

Yes, we are a big happy family and we should keep it like this, but gents this is our 3rd World's and we should start to demonstrate it is under our control.

Somos 15, así que salen cinco equipos de tres.

Cada uno de los tres que conforman un equipo, tienen que correr en una categoría diferente, o lo que es lo mismo, ninguno de los tres pueden coincidir en una misma categoría. O0 O0

Pero en este caso, ni tu opinión ni la mia cuentan, pues el hilo trata de la normativa que han enviado los del mundial para que sepamos cómo va a ser, por lo que se trata de asimilarlo a tope, simplemente.
