"Ivanpah's surface has never been better! Patty, Gary and I had a blast yesterday (3/13/15) sailing in perfect conditions. The wind stayed at around 15-20mph, with higher gust all day long. 72F was the high for the day! Dust was not an issue, even with the the higher gust. The surface is very hard, smooth and tight. In the 5 hours of hard sailing we did, the surface showed no signs of any wear or dislodging.
The conditions are perfect for our event, that's just over a week away!
